Your responsibilities as Compliance Administrator;
Your duties will include, but are not be limited to:
Sample processing and results
Sample number allocation
Completing accurately and keeping up to date the samples register
Monitoring and communication of results received from the laboratories in a timely manner
Liaising with customers and account managers when sample results are received
General queries and requests
Other adhoc activities include;
Completion of certificates for service work completed
Non-conformance register updating and distribution
Lab map app population and update
Log books printing and dispatch

·You should be organised, flexible and willing to learn new skills to develop yourself and the company
·You will ideally be process driven, and able to demonstrate attention to detail
·You should have good communication skills, and be able to work alone as well as part of a team
·You ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a business administration role
·A-C in English and Maths is prefered but not essential
