If there are any problems identified, you will be directed to the necessary help pages.<\/li>\n<li>Please click on the\u00a0URL link in your joining instructions email on the day of the course.\u00a0We recommend logging in early to ensure everything works correctly before the course starts.<\/li>\n<li>A copy of the course workbook will be available to download on the day of the course. If you would like a copy ahead of time, please contact <a href=\"mailto:training@hydro-x.co.uk\">training@hydro-x.co.uk<\/a> but please be advised that course materials could change in the intervening time.<\/li>\n<li>We strongly recommend you ask any questions you wish in the chat box during the training course. Depending on the number of trainees and the number of questions asked, it might not be possible to answer all the questions during the course.
