This ensures we continue to offer the best service for you and your business, while assuring the safety of your staff and our team as far as reasonably practicable.<\/p>\n<p>We are following all guidance and advice issued by HM Government and Public Health England.<\/p>\n<p>We understand that many organisations and learners are concerned about the continued impact on their training plans of the Coronavirus pandemic and now the UK-wide November lockdown. At Hydro-X, we have always sought to use and develop the latest and most relevant technology to expand our users&#8217; learning experience, whilst maximising quality, convenience, and value.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Hydro-X Training is still able to deliver our accredited face-to-face classroom courses<\/strong><\/span> following the government&#8217;s latest advice on appropriate social distancing measures and making sure that our facilities are structured in such a way that the safety of the delegates is paramount.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We have changed our schedule for the next 3 months to reduce the number of venues delivering our courses so we can ensure that we maintain appropriate control, and have also reduced the number of persons permitted per course to allow for social distancing measures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Additional cleaning regimes before and after courses have been implemented and hand sanitising facilities will be available throughout our venues.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As an alternative to classroom courses, we remain the only training provider in the UK who are also able to offer <strong>ACCREDITED compliance training<\/strong> via our unique <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hydro-x.co.uk\/hx-training\/online-training-courses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>live web-conference<\/strong><strong> platform.<\/strong><\/a>[\/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=&#8221;View Our Accredited Live Web-Conference Courses&#8221; color=&#8221;success&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; i_icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fa fa-cloud-download&#8221; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221; link=&#8221;url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.hydro-x.co.uk%2Fhx-training%2Fonline-training-courses%2F||target:%20_blank|&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1604330224810{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1604330385815{margin-top: 20px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h3>A Strong Focus On Continued Safe Delivery<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Hydro-X Training has remained open and operational throughout the pandemic, and we have worked endlessly behind the scenes to ensure the safety of our delegates and staff, whilst still delivering training of the very highest quality.<\/p>\n<p>Though we are now faced with a second UK-wide lockdown, we are well-prepared, and very little will change as we continue to manage the risk of COVID-19 in line with Government guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>All our staff have received training on the Covid-19 procedures we have adopted, and you can rest assured that we continually review our risk assessments in order to accommodate social distancing and hygiene measures in the following key ways:[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<ul>\n<li>Subject to satisfying Public Health England&#8217;s advice on social distancing in the workplace, we are prepared to continue with on-site training at both our classrooms and customer premises. We are still adhering to the government&#8217;s guidance on this re: social distancing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>We have increased the number of available<u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hydro-x.co.uk\/hx-training\/all-courses\/?filter_type-of-training=remote-learning\"> live web-conference training courses,<\/a><\/u> where our accreditation permits to minimise face to face interaction and are actively offering these as alternatives to our customers.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>We are following and reviewing public health agency advice on efficient ways to contain the virus.<\/li>\n<li>We are keeping up to date with government advice and adapting business plans to reflect changes.<\/li>\n<li>We are scaling up and down our response to new information to ensure a flexible and proportionate response.<\/li>\n<li>We are actively communicating these plans to employees, customers and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Almost all of our staff are working from home while still providing support to our customers.<\/li>\n<li>We are reviewing policies and procedures on health reporting, office and personal hygiene protective equipment, social distancing and working hours.<\/li>\n<li>We are providing additional training to those working in critical areas, so others have the skills to fill in for absent colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row disable_element=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<h3>Health &amp; Safety Guidance For Visitors And Delegates<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]We ask all visitors and participants to our events and training to adhere to the Government&#8217;s and the NHS&#8217;s latest advice on minimising the risk to yourself and others in regards coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p>The latest NHS advice can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/conditions\/coronavirus-covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors to our office and premises where our events are held are encouraged to wash their hands or use hand-sanitiser on arriving in the building, after using public transport, and after coughing and sneezing. Our cleaners have been instructed to pay particular attention to frequently touched communal areas.<\/p>\n<p>Public Health England recommends that following general cold and flu precautions are taken to help prevent people from catching and spreading COVID-19:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze. See Catch it, Bin it, Kill it.<\/li>\n<li>Put used tissues in the bin straight away.<\/li>\n<li>Wash your hands with soap and water often \u2013 use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available.
