Celebrations at the Hydro-X Company Day 2018<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Our annual Company Day was held on the 19th<\/sup> of April 2018 at the Leicester Tigers Rugby Stadium. Our Company National brings the entire Hydro-X Group together to celebrate the previous year\u2019s successes and to plan for the year ahead. From across the UK Hydro-X Water Treatment, Hydro-X Air<\/strong><\/a>, HX Training<\/strong><\/a> and HX Store<\/strong><\/a> all join together.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]\n

Key moments from the last 12 months <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

We have experienced many positive changes over the last 12 months throughout the Hydro-X Group. Here are just some of the key moments:<\/p>\n

Record Growth<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Hydro-X Water Treatment (specialising in legionella control, and water treatment services) has seen continued record growth in the last 12 months, exceeding our Vision and Mission goal to grow by 10% year on year.<\/p>\n

Hydro-X Air, now in its second year (specialising in duct work cleaning, kitchen extract cleaning, fire damper inspections) similarly celebrated record growth across all measured KPIs.<\/p>\n

This has all been achieved through the hard work and dedication of our teams, and the great market reputation Hydro-X has.<\/p>\n

We are proud to be the largest independent water treatment company in the UK. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Growing Team<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

We have continued to see growth in all of the Hydro-X teams, with now 80 employees across the group. With offices in Sheffield, Preston, Lichfield, Kings Langley, Redcar and Livingston, Scotland, our team covers the entire UK.<\/p>\n

HX Training Launched<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In December 2017 HX Training<\/a> was launched. Now the UK\u2019s number 1 Specialist Provider of Legionella Training Courses<\/a> based on Range, Quality, Versatility, Convenience and Value for money.<\/p>\n

The feedback received so far from our City and Guilds and IOSH Accredited Training course has been overwhelmingly positive. We are immensely proud of our 100% \u2018Willingness to Recommend\u2019 rating<\/p>\n

\u201cAnswered all our questions. The course met all our needs and touched on extras we didn\u2019t expect.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cA very satisfactory training course. The on-line\/webinar format worked well and need not scare of any technophobes. Material provided (work-book) and the on-screen slides were easy to follow and the trainer was able to immediately address any queries or questions.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Safety Comes First!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Hydro-X have gone more than 1,695 days without a reportable accident.<\/p>\n

This has been achieved due to our approach and commitment to complete health and safety. The Hydro-X Vision and Mission stipulates that our aim is to reduce risks for our clients and employees \u2013 you cannot manage risk riskily![\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1938″ img_size=”large” add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_shadow_3d” onclick=”link_image”][vc_separator color=”black” style=”shadow”][vc_column_text]\n

Amy and Adele are both part of the Hydro-X Business Support Team. A surprisingly tied vote for the award of \u2018Most Supporting\u2019 team member meant double prizes for the Business Support Team.<\/p>\n

\u201cSince Adele has joined the company she has always assisted with any questions or problems in a timely manner and always with good outcomes\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAdele is new to the Hydro-X and fits in perfectly. With nearly half of the company\u2019s votes, Nigel is a worthy winner of the Operations Team Member of the Year award.<\/p>\n

Daniel Lees<\/strong>, Environmental Engineer<\/p>\n

Dan Lees has been awarded the \u2018Safe Driver\u2019 award after covering an astonishing 22,000 miles in the last 6 months while keeping safety at the forefront of his mind and keeping within the speed limits at all times. Here at Hydro-X we focus on the safety of our employees and the general public. All of our vehicles are fitted with tracking devices and monthly vehicle reports monitored, to ensure we provide safety both on-site and on the road.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”black” style=”shadow”][vc_column_text]\n
