If only a red line appears under C then neither Serogroup 1 nor Serogroup 2-15 has been detected

If there are red lines at pos.1 and at C then Serogroup 1 has been detected (≥ 100 CFU/L)

If a green line is present at pos.2 and a red line on the C position, Serogroups 2-15 have been detected. (≥100 CFU/L).

If there are lines present at pos.1, pos.2 and at the C point then Serogroups 1 & Serogroups 2-15 have been detected (≥100 CFU/L)
