Jemma Shevlin – Sales Manager – Hydro-X Training

Please could you introduce yourself and your job role at Hydro-X?

My name is Jemma Shevlin, I have been with Hydro-X for nearly 4 years and I am currently Sales Manager for Hydro-X Training.

I joined Hydro-X as a Telesales Executive back in 2019 and progressed to Sales Manager around 12 months ago. My favourite part of the role is assisting the team to continuously meet and exceed our team targets and working with individuals to achieve their personal goals and how their job success helps them to meet/exceed them.

What would you say to women looking to join Hydro-X?

Hydro-X is a great company to work for, the support, the company mission and company benefits are amazing.

Do you feel you have the necessary support and resources to help you as an individual succeed in your role?

I have never worked for a company which has invested so much in its people. Opportunities are regularly available and senior management are always available to support.

Finally which women inspire you most?

My mum is my biggest inspiration. She has always dealt with everything that came her way, no matter how hard to the best of her ability and I believe this is a great trait to have “when nothing is going right, Go left”

What is your proudest moment at Hydro-X?

My proudest moments at Hydro-X include being part of the Management team when we hit our first ever £250k month and winning Hydro-X Training Employee Of The Year at our Company National in 2022.
