When I came across Hydro-X and their graduate scheme, I was interested in the clear progression that was prevalent within the company and they clearly outlined a pathway for me to help my progress in the water treatment industry.
I do feel the scheme has given me what I needed to get started and then progress in this career. Throughout the process I have had opportunities to work with people in various roles throughout the business so I can see what their role entails as well as helping me to build the skills I need to succeed in my current Account Management role.
I would definitely recommend the graduate scheme to other people. In addition to promoting the scheme internally, I have also taken part in Hydro-X graduate days where I give talks to interested recent graduates about my experiences of the scheme and provide an insight into the industry to help promote the program to them as well

After completing my university dissertation on observing how Air Flow in urban cities is affected by various factors, I was intrigued to learn more. The Hydro-X Graduate Scheme provided me the chance to transfer my knowledge to the world of Indoor Air Quality whilst also tying it in with keeping people safe within these environments, which seemed very rewarding.
The Graduate Scheme has gifted me with tons of experience by exposing me to different services the company has to offer as well as giving me the freedom to decide my own path. The 121 meetings and development pack ensured that I was being heard, tracked, and provided me with great self-awareness by recording my development.
