I just wanted to message you to say what great customer service I have received from your team.

Shane Wilson-Watts has been and continues to be a great support to myself at ARU.  He is an aid to memoir for my compliance team’s training, he is always on the ball with our training schedule which helps me immensely.  He keeps me up to date with new courses again very helpful when customers are in demanding roles and don’t always have the opportunity to read all the literature and information on the website.

He is always happy and cheerful, and nothing is too much bother.

As a line manager for a helpdesk team, I know the value of a thank you and the importance of letting people know they do good and are appreciated.  So, I hope my feedback is passed to the relevant person at Hydro X.
