With over 5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, and Regional Management with Hydro-X Water, Marlon Dawkins is embarking on a new journey with Hydro-X Air becoming the new Head of Sales.

We caught up with Marlon to discuss his recent promotion:

Q) Transitioning from senior roles in Hydro-X Water to leading the sales efforts for Hydro-X Air is undoubtedly a significant shift. What aspects of your previous experience do you believe will be particularly valuable in driving success in your new role?

A) “Having the right working culture, investing time in coaching and developing the team and giving people a sense of belonging has always been important to me. This is fundamental to executing any strategy.”

Q) You have enjoyed over 5 successful years with the business, what made you jump at this opportunity?

A) “Air has always been a major market with untapped potential. The opportunity to emulate successes enjoyed in Hydro-X Water was an opportunity I couldn’t let pass.”

Q) How have Hydro-X helped you develop over the years to get you to where you are today?

A) Hydro-X has always been an investor in people. All my managers have been keen for me to develop through sales and management training.
