What are your responsibilities?
Day to day running of the business to ensure we remain safe, deliver all work on time, we provide 24-hour reporting and that we are profitable.
What do you like most about your job?
I love helping my team members develop their own career and enabling all my staff the opportunity to grow within our company. One of my key personally goals is to promote from within the business. I can proudly say we have promoted four people within the last two years.
I love to deliver the highest service to all our clients, and it makes me proud we can deliver all completion paperwork within 24 hours.
What gets you out of bed?
Loving what I do and a feel of responsibility to help others stay compliant within the air hygiene / fire damper world.
When you are not working
I Enjoy spending time with my family, fishing and watching sport.
What would most people not know about you?
I have completed the knowledge of London and I hold a license to drive a London Black Taxi.
