Fire Safety Responsible Person Onsite Training Course Summary – HXT-F06
Responsible Person Fire Training Course Overview
Our City & Guilds Accredited Fire Safety Responsible Person virtual course equips delegates with a solid understanding of current fire safety legislation, including the Fire Precautions Act 1971, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Fire Safety Order 2021, and the Building Safety Bill. Participants will also learn about the latest amendment (August 23, 2022, Regulation 10) to the Fire Safety Order, covering fire safety requirements in multi-occupied residential buildings over 11 meters in England.
Throughout the course, delegates will gain essential knowledge on building regulations related to fire safety (Approved Document B), learn to conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments using the Gov.uk checklist, and review critical aspects of building safety measures such as compartmentation models and fire door standards. In addition, the course covers all necessary fire safety equipment, including fire detection systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency signage and lighting requirements. We offer a specialised Fire Door Inspection Course through Hydro-X Training for a deeper dive into fire door compliance. It provides key insights for those nominated as Fire Safety Responsible Persons to ensure thorough preparedness in managing fire safety requirements.
Our Fire Safety Responsible Person Onsite Training Courses are designed to minimise disruption by enabling delegates to complete the training directly at your business premises. We provide an experienced trainer to deliver the course onsite, with pricing based on training for 5 delegates. This approach is ideal, as it reduces travel costs and minimises time away from business operations, with the flexibility to schedule the training on a date that suits you. Additional delegates can also be included at a discounted rate. All onsite training provides the same City & Guilds Accredited Programme certification as our other formats.
