Welcome to your Hydro-X Training E-Learning course.

Our courses have been designed with leading educational institutions and technology leaders to ensure you’ll be able to learn the right information in the right way.

The structure of all of our courses is the same, and has been specifically designed to allow you to either sit the whole course in one go by flowing through each section, or stop-starting at appropriate points throughout the course without losing your way.

Please see an example structure below:

• You need to successfully complete a COURSE to receive certification
• Each COURSE is made up of several LESSONS, and each LESSON is made up of several TOPICS, each covering a slightly different area
• Within each LESSON, you will typically have 1 QUIZ
• You will have 3 ATTEMPTS to pass each QUIZ
• Fail any QUIZ 3 times and you will fail the COURSE

TO GET STARTED:

1. Near the top of the page you will see 2 tabs – Course, and Materials
   • Click on the materials tab and download your workbook, and any other support materials available
   • We suggest you print your workbook and keep a copy of this for future reference
2. Below these instructions you will see the list of available lessons for this course.
3. Click on the first Lesson to get started and check your personal details
4. Please Note: You will be required to provide personal information (i.e. date of birth) prior to starting the course to enable us to certificate you
5. You must complete each topic in order – you cannot skip topics and lessons
6. You can start and stop the course at any time without losing progress, and you can re-watch the video materials as often as you like.
7. To resume your course at any time, simply come back to our website and login at www.hydro-x.co.uk/hx-training/course-dashboard/
8. On successful completion of your course you will be issued an electronic (PDF) City & Guilds Accredited Certificate
   • This is normally sent within 5 working days
